  1. COUPON CODES AND DISCOUNTS
    • Promotional codes or "coupons" are solely valid as promoted on our Site. During checkout, only one discount code can be applied. For further information regarding the validity of these codes, please reach out to hello@bestcolorfulsocks.com. We retain the authority to cancel orders and issue refunds at our discretion.
    • The unique conditions related to our current promotions, discounts, and eligible products can be located here. Occasionally, we may provide discount codes for use. However, please note that only one (1) discount code may be utilized per transaction.
  2. SHIPPING AND LIABILITY
  • We offer a variety of shipping options to tailor your customer experience. Our Free Standard Shipping is a standard service offered by USPS, typically taking 2-8 business days for transit. For quicker delivery, we provide Express Shipping, an expedited service by USPS, which significantly reduces transit times to around 2-4 business days and is less susceptible to delays. Both of these services typically require a signature by default.
  • By selecting either of these options, you authorize Colorful Socks LLC to coordinate with USPS on your behalf for shipping the product to you. Subject to applicable consumer protection laws, you acknowledge that Colorful Socks' responsibilities to you cease once we have handed over the product to USPS for shipping to you. Colorful Socks LLC assumes no liability for any delay, loss, damage, or theft resulting from USPS's service or your actions upon delivery. By opting for either of these USPS options, you agree that you have no recourse or entitlement to compensation from Colorful Socks for delayed, lost, damaged, or stolen products. In the event of a delay, loss, damage, or theft of your item, you agree to seek recourse directly from USPS under their terms and conditions of service or to assume personal responsibility if you are not covered therein.

    Covered Shipping refers to shipping guaranteed by Colorful Socks LLC ("Covered Shipping"). When selecting either the Free Standard Shipping or Express Shipping options, you have the option to opt into our Covered Shipping service at checkout for an additional fee. If you have purchased our Covered Shipping and your product is lost, damaged, or stolen during transit, we will arrange for a free replacement order to be dispatched to you. In providing a free replacement order, Colorful Socks LLC does not assume responsibility for the actions of USPS; rather, we offer you an additional service by agreeing to replace your lost, damaged, or stolen product at no extra charge to you. We are not liable for any delays caused by USPS. Our Covered Shipping does not apply if you change your mind about your order. If you decide to return a product or order, you must adhere to our 30-day returns policy and return the product to our warehouse.
  • The risk and ownership of any products you order through the service transfer to you upon the delivery of those products to the designated third-party delivery or shipping company chosen by us at the given time.
